Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original MONO packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and attached.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off & Refund
Hand your package to the designated courier; once received and inspected at our studio, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
